The Resource Guild presented their monthly “Black Media Mixer” 0n February 28th at The Legacy Center hosted by Randi O (MultiMedia Maven/ Brand Strategist/ WSB Radio). This event included high-level networking with media professionals, and the critically acclaimed “State of Black Media '' panel that features Emmy Award Winning TV & Radio Professionals. Our panelists for this month were: Don Stenson (Veteran Sports Journalist & Co-Founder of DNA Sports Talk), Donna Permell (Celebrity Photographer and Visual Creator Prime Phocus), Christal Jordan, (Best Selling Author/Journalist, Director of Creative Partnerships Rolling Out), Dave Huddleston (Emmy Award Winning Journalists WSBTV, Media Liaison Lexicon Strategies), Candace Ledbetter (PR & Visibility Strategist and Owner of CNBetter Media), and moderated by Mr. Daniel Dickey (Renaissance Man /Award Winning Brand Strategist / The Resource Guild). Attendees also enjoyed complimentary cocktails & lite bites. This event was created to bring cohesion, comradery and a collective consciousness to Black Media in the Black Mecca. Panelists discussed cancel culture, black unity, giving back to the black community, how to stand out and perfect your craft in the media industry, and so much more! We enjoyed a pleasant evening with all the attendees who came to the event.
