Know Better Live Better Social Impact Campaign is an initiative of the Emory Children’s Environmental Health Center, also known as the C-CHEM2 Project. The Center is one of several NIH/EPA funded centers across the country, however is the only center focused on Black women, more specifically, how environments (the food we eat, air we breathe, products we use) may influence high rates of premature birth and impacting children’s health (i.e. increasing rates of asthma, ADHD, obesity).

The overall goal of the KBLB initiative was to help women make healthier decisions, for themselves and their families. Team TRG worked to develop a grassroots brand awareness campaign leading to partnerships with local media publications such as The Atlanta Voice and brand ambassador relationships with social change agents including Dr. Nicole Garner Scott (Founder, The Garner Circle PR, Amount Financial Services), Rashan Ali (Co-Host, TV One’s Sister Circle), Heavenly Kimes (D.D.S., Television Personality, Married to Medicine (BRAVO)) and Yolanda Owens (Owner, Iwi Fresh).
