The Resource Guild hosted “The Black Media Mixer” 0n June 28th, 2022 at The Legacy Center. This monthly event included high-level networking with media professionals, a special “State of Black Media” panel which featured Emmy Award Winning TV & Radio Professionals. Our panelists for this month were: Renoil Simpkins lll (CNN) (Black Educated & Broke), Monica Pearson (WSBTV) & (Peachtree TV- CBS 46), Marcel Bouie (NBA TV & TNT), Dr. Maria Boynton (94.1 WAOK & 92.9 The Game) & (Audacy ATL), Christopher Daniel (Morehouse) and moderated Mr. Daniel Dickey (Renaissance Man /Award Winning Brand Strategist / The Resource Guild). Attendees also enjoyed lite bites provided by celebrity Chef D.Star (The FAB Experience) & complimentary cocktails. This event was created to bring cohesion, comradery and a collective consciousness to Black Media in the Black Mecca. We enjoyed a pleasant evening with all the attendees who came to the event.
