In December 2024, Rolling Out hosted its Peace & Purpose Hybrid Conference sponsored by AT&T/iPhone and the American Cancer Society in Atlanta, GA over the weekend. This transformative three-day event, held from December 12th to 14th at Morehouse College’s Ray Charles Performing Arts Center, combined in-person and virtual experiences, focusing on holistic wellness, personal development, and professional empowerment.

The conference began with a special installment of The Resource Guild’s “Black Media Mixer ATL,” hosted by Mr. Daniel Dickey, featuring top Black journalists. It included a discussion on perseverance and overcoming disabilities, a performance by Bunduke Ramadan (star of Netflix’s Rhythm and Flow), and a private screening of Unstoppable, the inspiring story of NCAA Champion Wrestler Anthony Robles.
