The Divine 9 in conjunction with the Air Force Reserve Celebration Bowl lead a food collection drive during the Celebration Bowl. Fans were encouraged to bring canned goods to the game that were collected at various entry points of Mercedes Benz Stadium. The food was donated to Hosea Helps (formerly Hosea Feed the Hungry), one of the nations largest comprehensive human services and international aid organizations. Hosea Helps is based in Atlanta and was founded in 1971 by Civil Rights icon, Reverend Hosea L.Williams (a distinguished member of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity). Upon the passing of her father, Elisabeth Omilami (a member of Zeta Phi Beta) and her husband, veteran actor Afemo Omilami took over the organization in 2000 making it a year-round organization with a multi-million dollar operating budget. The donations were gladly accepted just in time for the holidays in the name of The Divine 9 in conjunction with the Air Force Reserve Celebration Bowl.
