On August 14, 2014 V-103 and Jagged Edge partnered to present the “I Hope for U Initiative” to benefit Hosea Feed the Hungry. The benefit concert, hosted by the HFTH Young Professionals Advisory Board (including our Founder Mr.Daniel Dickey), provided the funding necessary for the organization to restock their shelves for the upcoming holiday season.
Hosea Feed the Hungry (HFTH) is one of the largest non-profit organizations in the Southeast that provide services to homeless individuals and underserved families in Metropolitan Atlanta and 15 counties throughout Georgia every day. The organization’s services include food and clothing distribution, rental assistance, job readiness and placement services, utilities assistance, mental health referrals, counseling services and medical services. HFTH also provides hot meals to more than 40,000 homeless individuals annually during Thanksgiving, Christmas, Martin L. King, Jr. and Easter holidays.
